At StoreBurq, we provide users with the ability to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their entire account.
Types of Data You Can Request to Delete
- Personal details (name, phone number, email)
- Delivery addresses
- Saved preferences
- App usage data
- Non-essential profile information
Data That Cannot Be Deleted Immediately
Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes, including:
- Transaction records
- Payment history (non-sensitive financial logs)
- Security logs
How to Request Data Deletion
You can submit a request using one of the following methods:
1. Email Request:

Include:
- Your registered email address
- Details of the data you want removed
2. In-App Request:
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Privacy"
- Tap "Delete My Data"
Processing Time
Requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Data Retention Period
Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance and fraud prevention. After that, it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
