At StoreBurq, users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using one of the following methods:
1. From the App:
- Open the StoreBurq app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request
2. By Email:
You can also request account deletion by contacting us at:
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Profile data
- Order history
- Saved addresses
- Account credentials
What Data May Be Retained
We may retain certain data for a limited period (up to 90 days) for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial and tax records
After this period, all remaining data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
